I was tagged by ASTRANOMICON and decided to pick my character Kelly.
So here's to 8 facts about one of my re-made characters, Kelly.
1. She was originally a sonic-made fan-character... And not a good one at that--
She was originally made as a fan-made character of the series Sonic The Hedgehog and was not a pink jackal neither. Before, Kelly was a pink cat character which looked a lot like Amy Rose. I mean, a lot.
2. She was based on Kelly Eden.
Kelly Eden at one point was someone I saw as 'beautiful' and I wanted to have a character to express that. This makes Kelly one of my only characters to be based on or named after a celebrity.
3. Kelly used to have a design with tattoos, but I'm not sure if I'm bringing them back... Yet.
Kelly used to have a design with a bunch of tattoos with meaning, but I noticed a lot of them weren't... very good? So I decided to scrap them and maybe add them again in the future. For now, though, Kelly is tattoo-less.
4. Her Palette for her fur was going to be reversed.
Originally, Kelly's palette consisted of her having overall light fur and darker hair. However, I did feel it wasn't what I was going for with her look nor what I wanted for her as a character, so I reversed it. I enjoy the idea of having Kelly obtain a darker fur colour and lighter hair.
5. Kelly lives on her own.
Kelly doesn't have any partners, nor lives with parents. She prefers to live alone, but it doesn't mean she isn't social, she is very social outside of this, but only with specific individuals.
6. Kelly is a fan of sweet foods.
Kelly loves sugar. Nuff said.
7. Hates fights. Never wants to be around them.
Arguments can be loud but annoying. Kelly hates them for both reasons, she tries to avoid conflicts and often is found disassociating herself from any kind of fight.
8. Music lover.
Kelly enjoys a variety of music but is often found listening to synthpop and pop music overall.
