Righty then, some of you may be like, Lou what, why, what do you mean.

I had my mouth shut for the longest time, but oh boy, looks like I'm going to have to actually do this. I know it's been touched upon in the past briefly by some individuals on deviantART but in case you didn't hear them or you didn't understand let's try it again shall we?

I am normally never this salt-supreme, but when you are someone who is diagnosed and suffering with Panic Anxiety, Social Anxiety and even a bunch more of anxiety based issues, seeing people pretending to have attacks or use them as an auto-win in arguments it literally pisses me the hell off. Why? 'CAUSE ANXIETY AIN'T FUN KIDDIES.

You spend everyday being too scared to talk to people or if you have depression, you just do nothing at all.
You are shy of what people might think of you, you adjust yourself constantly, you fear even crossing the god damn road because you fear a car is going to magically appear and run you the hell over. People. Anxiety is not fun, never has been, so using it as a crutch in a rant, is absolutely horrendous, especially when it's the main or only argument you have regarding that rant. 

To the people who pretend to have anxiety...
*INHALE*

Let me just say if I could remove my anxiety straight out of my life, I would, so the fact there are some individuals who do not have beyond high anxiety and pretend to have it to win something or get away with something you are actually the worst thing ever. Don't do that. It's seriously so horrendous to see - people don't even realise. lmao. 

ALSO PRETENDING TO PANT INTO THE MICROPHONE ISN'T A PANIC ATTACK. EVERYONE CAN DO THAT.
EDUCATE YOURSELVES PLS

Panic attacks can vary from breathing difficulties, to chest pains, you could be in a room completely silent and feeling the worst agonising pain in your chest and nobody would even notice you are having the attack. How do I know? I've had one, I have had many.

Now I am not saying if someone has an attack online you should take it with a pinch of salt, but more along the lines of if you do suffer from anxiety and find the necessary means to alert everyone every 10 seconds of your day for other reasons than personal support you are not only making yourself look bad but you legitimately are removing yourself from your own dignity.

Now I have nothing against anyone with anxiety, if anything I say keep strong my bois.
But people who find the need to use it any opportunity they get, pulling out the card or pretend to have it actually irritate me to no end.

Anyway, hopefully this'll be the last you hear of me regarding this topic, and if you all agree or have seen it let me know.
If you disagree however I can understand to some certain extents, but please highlight this is only aimed towards people who fake attacks or act like anxiety is some golden medal to wear around your neck.

This message is one that needs to be said more and more these days with the abuse of mental illness for people to get their way. It is insulting to people who really have these issues and actually hurts them. Your average joe will be sympathetic to those who are trying to overcome or live with the issue and just live life and don't use it as a crutch or even worse a get out of jail free card. However if all Joe there sees is people abusing the name of the condition, they are not going to give the proper consideration to those who really have it and may need help if they can't get over something on their own.

However, personally what I would have done different is made Anxiety and Ranting Crutch as their own pannels and make them in a bold or more impact font, but that is my own style there. All in all a great stamp to spread the reality that is going on
