Elemental Girls

Elemental Girls, a story about how a group of individual girls discovered a new set of powers after an abnormal 'natural disaster', striking some, seeping around others, leaving wonderful impacts, but also deadly ones. 

Kame, Haku, Hotaru, Miki, Kasumi, Bunko, Hana and Ko all fight alongside one another to help protect the remaining parts of their homes, families as well as their planet as it is. But who says they are alone? Some impacts left mutating others, leaves some mutated forever, in the worst way possible.

Far left is the childish, outgoing youngster of only 14, Kame. Kame is the younger sister of Kasumi, and the element of water, Kame alongside her sister were simply relaxing by a lake near their home when the meteorite struck impacting the lake in an interesting manner, consuming the two sisters. Kame almost drowning amongst the water felt herself suddenly breathe and herself change into how she appears today.

Haku, 20, was a local florist who was robbed during a looting. Riots soared everywhere when the natural disasters hit, and while about to be threatened and mugged from many more valuables, the meteorite hit her shop consuming the energy of the plants nearby, enforcing a change of becoming the Earth Element.

Hotaru was a young active kid, at the age of 13, a slight rebel to her nuclear family, would often run off in a pout, suddenly to be struck violently and left literally in a shock before waking up even more hyperactive than ever.

Miki the young daughter of a rich couple, 15, was brought up in a very posh manor, however their home was distraught in the disasters, while Miki was stranded off by a cold force, leaving her left with her new form, and no way of communicating to her family, for she was a mute child, and doubted her family would notice her in her new form, she hid away to herself attempting to look for help elsewhere.

Kasumi, like Kame, was swirled into a lake, 18, but thrown upwards into the wind before feeling near to no change, except for her hair changed to a blue tint.

Bunko, 19, was a student news reporter on the night the disasters hit, reporting a lovely day to then be followed on by a treacherous events, involving her on television, crushed by a meteorite and presumed dead, little did they know Bunko instead created herself a lovely little fire red form, feeling more upbeat than ever, but definitely in a need to reconnect and find her family.

Hana, was a local shop owner, 20, taking over the shop after her mother's decease. Hana was close friends with everyone as well as completely honest with them too, to the point she was betrayed by her closest friend who attempted to murder Hana and take care within her underground bunker in the shop. Hana however picked up on the tendencies and felt herself being consumed by a dark-like feeling, which led her to becoming the Darkness Element.

Hana was the last person on the phone to Haku before her threat.

Ko is the light element, at only 16. Ko was at home, simply enjoying herself watching television, smiling away when she was struck from behind and all she could see was the light of the screen. Soon she awoke in her Light form, and couldn't quite comprehend what had happened. Not much changed for Ko other than her hair becoming lighter as well as clothing attire.

I know these sound pretty basic right now.
If anyone could leave criticism regarding this alongside some tips that'd be great, but design wise, I do admittedly want to keep these, since they fit their personalities to an extent and they are more of a dress to feel/express than dress for appropriation kind of girls. They also can't vary much of their clothing since it doesn't feel comfortable for them to do so.

I am considering making them have the ability to fuse... or have fused abilities at least.
